Bio: Queen Mirela

Name: Queen Mirela
Nicknames: None
Age: 45
Birthplace: The Southern Kingdom
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Occupation: Queen
Powers or Abilities: The influence of a queen.
Weapons: Other than her husband? None, really.
Affiliations: The kingdom and her family.

Appearance: Mirela carries herself with a deep sensuality that even age has not allowed her to shed. Many a man has turned their head to admire her features, both those above her neck and below. Both her eyes and hair are dark, her skin considered milky for those in their kingdom. There was a time she sported a deep tan, but she's gotten paler from living a more comfortable life as queen.

Family: She was a peasant girl chosen by Iram for her beauty and charm, and while her family was taken care of, her parents were old and died soon after her marriage. She is the mother of Prince Roden.

Personality: She teases at quiet wisdom, a habit she got into when she first was drawn to Iram's side. She feared so greatly for being found out that she only voiced her opinion when she was certain it was something that deserved to be said. This habit has given her the reputation of being as thoughtful and cautious as her husband. She often questions these opinions, which is what has kept her humble. While she has been taken out of the country, there are moments where the country obviously still resides in the girl. Iram finds these moments entirely endearing, even when Mirela rolls her eyes at herself.

History: Mirela was a peasant girl living in the country when Prince Iram rode by her home one day. She was used to receiving favor from the men of her village, but someone of Iram's grandeur, both in reputation and handsomeness, was altogether new. She gave of herself to him, prepared to be considered a whore for her trouble, but in her mind, it was worth the risk for one moment with someone like him. When he pledged his heart to her, she was as shocked as anyone simply hearing the story might be.

What followed was a wicked plan to sneak her into the aristocracy and make her his wife. Everyone was fooled, and they have kept the secret well. Mirela then grew into her position as Iram's queen, bearing him a son. She fears deeply for Roden's fate alongside her husband, cursing Aurora's name at every chance she is afforded.

Bio: King Iram

Name: King Iram
Nicknames: None
Age: 48
Birthplace: The Southern Kingdom where he reigns
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Occupation: King
Powers or Abilities: He holds the power of any king in that he has influence and an army at his disposal. He was also trained in swordplay, though there is little need for him to fight one-on-one.
Weapons: His army and occasionally his sword.
Affiliations: His kingdom and family.

Appearance: Iram has always had a rugged appearance, but now enjoying a healthy middle-age, he appears manlier than ever. He has pronounced, strong features that he has been told make him an intimidating figure. This certainly belies the kind man lurking beneath, and when he smiles, his entires countenance changes. He is strong rather than swift, and his severe features do sometimes come in handy when he is attempting to win in a debate. The other man always backs down first.

Family: He inherited the throne from his father who has since died. He is married to Mirela and the father of Prince Roden.

Personality: He is a thoughtful, sensitive man in spite of how people perceive him. The happiness of his people and family mean a lot to him, which is why he questions so many of the choices he's made, a chief one being how he pressured Roden to marry. He prefers diplomacy over war, words over weapons, but he also understand how one does not always get the luxury of choosing. For one who often appears so quiet and introverted, he has a boisterous laugh and good sense of humor than often shocks those around him.

History: Iram is a member of the Royal Family, which has always prided itself on being so from generations immensely numbered. His parents, the kind and queen of their time, were especially adamant about keeping the royal blood "pure" and having him marry a noble woman. Iram had other plans, as he soon discovered a gorgeous peasant girl who had unwittingly stolen his heart. He brought her home to marry with his parents none the wiser regarding the girl's (Mirela) heritage, as Iram disguised her quiet well as a princess. He was not a mischievous man by nature, so this was a testament of his love for her.

They went on to have a child of their own, a son they named Roden. They have reigned in the Southern Kingdoms through good times mostly, until the collapse of Roden's marriage to Aurora. Iram only wished for his son to enjoy the love and companionship he'd been blessed with, but now with his son lost, he would readily take it all back.
